About the Role:

Our client, a luxury hotel/venue in Northamptonshire, is seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the entire F&B operation.


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Drive revenue growth through effective menu engineering, pricing strategies, and promotions
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and excellent communication
  • Optimize staff scheduling and training programs to ensure seamless service delivery

Remuneration: Up to £50,000 per annum
