Key Responsibilities


As a Relief Support Worker, you will work with adults with learning disabilities, supporting them in their own homes to live full lives. Your main duties will include:



  • Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable service users.
  • Communicating and working well with individuals to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
  • Carrying out tasks in accordance with organisational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
