Join Our Team as an Outreach Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Outreach Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living skills and promoting their independence.

About the Role

As an Outreach Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living skills, including meal preparation, household tasks, and personal care
  • Encouraging and promoting service users' independence with tasks such as shopping, medication management, and attending medical appointments
  • Enabling people to live independently within their own homes

What We Offer

We offer a range of benefits, including:

  • A minimum of 28 days' paid holiday per year, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff)
  • Accredited training to develop your skills and knowledge
  • An employer contributory pension scheme
  • Mileage paid at 35p per mile at a flat rate up to 10,000 miles per year
