R13 Recruitment are currently partnered with a leading insurance provider who are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Norwich-based team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be a first point of contact for customers, advising on products, and accurately updating records. This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 5pm or 9:30am – 6pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice on a range of insurance products.
  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Processing documents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English.
  • Knowledge of FCA rules and regulations.
Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £22,000 - £23,000, plus bonus.
