About the Role

We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team as a Children's Welfare Coordinator.

Your role will involve working in partnership with schools to deliver specialist targeted interventions and groups.

You will require good knowledge and experience of working with children, young people, and families, particularly those at risk of poor outcomes or with complex needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of the healthy child programme 0-19 pathway
  • Planning and delivery of engaging personal and social development sessions
  • Brief intervention and solution-focused support for emotional wellbeing, exploitation, and other issues
  • Establishing contact and building relationships with young people and families at risk of exclusion
