Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary SEN School in EN1. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with SEN students, particularly those with Autism and SEMH needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 or 2:1 support for students with Autism, non-verbal communication needs, and SEMH difficulties in Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
- Assisting in delivering tailored learning interventions and activities to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Supporting students with their social, emotional, and academic development, ensuring they are fully included in classroom activities.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEN students, especially those with Autism and SEMH needs, is essential.
- DBS clearance is required.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach to working with children.
