Supporting a Child's Learning Journey

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our primary school team in Bromborough. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide one-to-one support for a pupil in Foundation Stage 2, enhancing their educational experience and promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to the pupil, assisting with academic tasks, social interactions, and emotional well-being.
  • Engage with the pupil during after-school club activities, providing consistent care and guidance.
  • Support the pupil's progress, monitoring and reporting on their development.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to supporting individual needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate well with teachers and parents, and maintain confidentiality.
