**Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Team Lead to join our team. As a Customer Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing our Customer Field Engineers. You will oversee and participate in minor civil activities, repairs, and installations on our network and the Openreach PIA network, ensuring 'on the day' issues are resolved for successful completion of right first time delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to complete civils, repair, and installations to business and residential properties, ensuring 'on the day' issues are resolved for successful completion of right first time delivery.
- Oversee and participate in minor civil activities (Private and Public) and repairs on our network and the Openreach PIA network, including reinstatement to industry standards.
- Conduct safety checks with your team, and quality audits for your region covering completed installations, civils activities, fibre repair, PIA repair, and vehicle audits.
- Manage customer complaints and escalations from initial contact through to a positive resolution in-line with CityFibre KPIs.
**Requirements:
- Extensive, relevant experience in fibre network management and customer service.
- Good knowledge of fibre network infrastructure and operations.
- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- NRSWA LA and S1 qualifications.
- Openreach PIA S007 Sub-Duct and Cable Installation and PIA S008 Overhead Cable Installation qualifications.
- NRSWA S2, S3, S4, S5, S7, and S8 qualifications.
- SA020 MDU Installations and SA022 Track and Locate underground Services qualifications.
**What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £39,000 - £54,000 depending on experience.

- Two-week induction in Milton Keynes with all necessary training.
