Office Administrator Opportunity

A leading company in the electrical protection industry is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their team in Leeds.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and coordination skills to ensure smooth office operations and be the face of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office inventory, stationery, and catering
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Oversee general office management tasks
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping duties

Previous experience in office administration and/or coordination is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Sage or SAP is desirable.
