Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and selecting candidates who meet the technical, cultural, and work experience requirements of our clients.
- Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, hiring managers, and C-suite decision makers across Europe.
- Providing expert advice on clients' hiring strategies based on your knowledge of the local recruitment market.
- Creating market reports, salary surveys, digital marketing campaigns, and other industry-specific data for clients in their local language.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior level candidates.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the recruitment marketplace and the renewable energy industry by attending conferences and industry events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in the finance or investment space.
