Role Overview

As a CRM Technical Specialist at Pinsent Masons, you will play a crucial role in streamlining our CRM processes to enhance business performance. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, guiding CRM strategy, and supporting project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in CRM technology to support all firm levels, ensuring seamless integration and data management.
  • Management of efficient data processes for optimal business data, driving insights and informed decision-making.
  • Leadership of our CRM training program, ensuring timely and effective training for all staff members.
  • Support for system integrations, process automation, and enhancements, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Contribution to a CRM strategy that supports client development and engagement, fostering strong relationships and business outcomes.
  • Technical CRM knowledge, including data integration, to drive business success.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a focus on CRM best practices.
  • Project management skills and a proactive approach to process improvement, driving continuous learning and growth.
  • Strong collaboration and influence across the firm, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
