We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support our Commercial Sales team in ensuring the smooth operation of our current processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process internal and external enquiries via our online portal.
  • Assist with administrative tasks required by the commercial sales team.
  • Support Managers and Directors in their daily tasks.
  • Maintain and manage relevant databases.
  • Ensure the back-office Networks System is properly developed and connected.
  • Liaise with partners and set up online payment options on relevant back-office systems.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational, grammar, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate/Advanced level proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with web-based back-office systems.
