About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Professional to support our Facilities Manager in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent planning and organisational skills, as well as the ability to manage their own workload and work on their own initiative.

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of facilities, including maintenance and repairs;
  • Support the Facilities Manager in ensuring that all works are completed to programme and quality standards;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external contractors and suppliers;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of facilities management strategies and plans;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies;
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively;
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • GCSE/GCE qualifications in Maths and English;
  • IOSH or other Health and Safety qualification (desirable);
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills;
  • Ability to manage own workload and work on own initiative;
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Power Point);
  • A good understanding of managing external and client relationships;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail/accuracy/prioritisation;
  • The ability to work unsupervised.
