Requirements include:

  • Relevant Facility Management experience
  • Staff management experience and ability to motivate team members
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance, preferably in a commercial environment
  • Multi-skilled with a Mechanical or Electrical bias
  • Competence with IT, including updating spreadsheets and using databases
  • Demonstrable previous Project Management experience
