We are seeking a caring and experienced Support Worker to join our team in the Penicuik area. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, empowering them to live independently and fulfill their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients, respecting their individual needs and preferences
- Develop and implement care plans, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns regarding client condition

Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK
