Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Educational Psychologists in providing high-quality educational psychology services to children and young people across Hampshire.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the educational outcomes of children and young people.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive support to children and young people.
- Conduct assessments, consultations, and person-centred planning to inform educational and psychological interventions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, and colleges to ensure effective delivery of our services.
- Contribute to the development of our service, including the design and delivery of training and supervision programs.
- Doctoral level qualification in Educational Psychology or a related field.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Educational Psychologist.
- Proven experience of leading a team of Educational Psychologists and contributing to the development of a service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, schools, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Current driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
