Job Title: Junior Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team at Portfolio Payroll Limited. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and processing of client payrolls, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll services, and maintaining payroll records in compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of client payrolls on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll services.
  • Respond to payroll queries from clients and employees.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Support the payroll team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
