Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Gordon Murray Group is a UK-based global luxury brand dedicated to creating and manufacturing the world's greatest driving cars. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales and Customer Care Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational processes to ensure seamless delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Aftersales, and Finance departments to align production schedules with customer expectations.
  • Plan and execute the launch of new vehicles, ensuring market insights and strategic targets are met.
  • Manage pricing and benchmarking to ensure commercial performance is maintained.
  • Oversee GMA Sales partners globally, ensuring they deliver on Brand DNA and support local clients.
  • Investigate new opportunities for Sales Partners in new and existing markets to strengthen the business' commercial position.
  • Assist with customer visits, specification sessions, and handovers as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the luxury automotive industry, preferably in Sales Planning or Operational roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to document process flows.
  • Advanced IT skills, including Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Smartsheets, and PowerBI.
  • Customer-facing and interpersonal skills to support a best-in-class customer journey.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
