We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our M&G Wealth Change team as a PMO Lead. This role will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives and ensuring the success of our projects and value streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and monitor the delivery of our value streams, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Change Leads and Project Managers to ensure adherence to M&G Change Standards and governance frameworks.
  • Provide commercial support for programmes and projects, including contractual agreements, approvals, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting for value streams, including cost forecasts, resource plans, and accrual management.

Requirements:

  • Experience of monitoring and reporting in a project environment.
  • Experience of delivery through a full project lifecycle.
  • Experience of managing stakeholders across a range of business areas.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA/Confluence, Microsoft tools, and PPM tools.
  • Working knowledge of risk management principles and their impacts on projects.
  • Working knowledge of project methodologies, planning processes, and techniques.
