We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our team on the Oncology Ward at Cromwell Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical and psychological care to patients with compassion and empathy.
- Participate in the delivery of a consistent, safe service in all aspects of the patient journey while demonstrating a culture of customer service.
- Manage the care of allocated patients, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
