The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing a sales territory and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
  2. Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and Buying Groups across the UK.
  3. Achieving or exceeding annual sales targets and key milestones.
  4. Leading and managing the sales process and CRM from a key account and customer service perspective.
  5. Exhibiting strong journey planning and account management skills.

Requirements include:

  1. Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  2. A background in selling timber or building products.
  3. Ideal experience selling timber products into the builders' merchant sector.
