Job DescriptionWe're seeking a passionate Senior Python Developer with AI expertise to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll lead complex AI-powered Python projects from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with our teams to deeply understand our clients' needs and translate them into robust, future-ready architectures.
Key Responsibilities- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable Python solutions that drive innovation and delight our clients.
- Leverage your expertise in modern web frameworks, databases, and AI/ML techniques to conceptualise and deliver tailored digital products aligned with our user-centric approach.
- Lead complex AI-powered Python projects from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with our teams to deeply understand our clients' needs and translate them into robust, future-ready architectures.
- Continuously enhance your team's capabilities by implementing best practices in areas such as API design, data modelling, MLOps, and DevOps.
- Multiple years of hands-on experience with Python development.
- Expertise in core Python libraries and frameworks.
- Experience with popular ML/DL libraries and frameworks.
- Familiarity with deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
- Experience working with the Serverless AWS Framework.
- Proficiency in Django and Django Rest Framework.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and ORMs (preferably Django/SQLAlchemy).
- Experience with MLOps practices and tools for automating the AI model lifecycle.
- Knowledge of mobile-specific AI/ML scenarios, such as on-device inference, federated learning, or privacy-preserving techniques.
- Familiarity with web application architecture patterns that enable scalable and fault-tolerant AI/ML-powered features.
