We are recruiting a senior litigation lawyer to join our team at Hayes + Storr Solicitors, a leading law firm in Norfolk. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex commercial cases, excellent advocacy skills, and a deep understanding of current legal practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Casework Management: Manage a large portfolio of commercial litigation cases, including disputes, property litigation, and other civil cases.
  • Client Representation: Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation, providing expert legal advice and advocacy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across our five offices to deliver comprehensive legal services.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales, minimum 5 years PQE experience in litigation, and up-to-date knowledge of litigation procedures, rules, and regulations.
