Expert Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our team at Hayes + Storr Solicitors in Norfolk. This role offers flexibility and work-life balance, with the option to work from home, hybrid working, or remotely.

• Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, property litigation, and other civil litigation cases.
• Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation, delivering exceptional legal advice and advocacy.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, draft pleadings, statements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, providing tailored legal advice and solutions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across our offices to deliver comprehensive legal services.

• Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales.
• Minimum 1 year of PQE experience in litigation, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.
• Up-to-date knowledge of litigation procedures, rules, and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex litigation cases, excellent drafting and advocacy skills, and a thorough understanding of current legal practices and procedures.
