Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Tenant Health and Safety compliance tasks for all Cairn stock in the 'Big 6' areas of compliance (gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts, fire safety, and water hygiene).
  • Provide efficient and effective customer care and administration support to the Compliance Team within the Property Services Team.

Requirements:
