Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Tenant Health and Safety compliance tasks for all Cairn stock in the 'Big 6' areas of compliance (gas, electrical, asbestos, lifts, fire safety, and water hygiene).
- Provide efficient and effective customer care and administration support to the Compliance Team within the Property Services Team.
- Assist in the coordination of compliance tasks and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Team to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Recognised Administration/Repairs qualifications or 2 years' experience working in an admin role within repairs and maintenance.
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
