Job Title: Field Engineer

Are you a skilled Field Engineer with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving?

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Field Engineer, responsible for installing and maintaining EPOS hardware and kiosks, as well as data cabling and software troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain EPOS hardware and kiosks, ensuring seamless transactions, inventory management, and customer engagement.
  • Perform 1st and 2nd fix data cabling, ensuring reliable connectivity and functionality at every site.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues on-site, minimizing disruption to clients' customers.
  • Confidently operate power tools, such as grinders, impact drivers, and SDS drills, to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Requirements:
  • A background in retail or QSR is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • EPOS hardware and kiosks, data cabling (Cat5, Cat6), fiber cabling, patch paneling, switches, comms, units, and routers experience is essential.
  • CSCS/ECS cardholder preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel, work away from home, and tackle overnight shifts when necessary.
  • Quick thinking and adaptable, with a can-do attitude and a passion for problem-solving.
