Job Title: Field Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining EPOS hardware and kiosks, ensuring seamless transactions, inventory management, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Maintenance/Installation: Install and maintain EPOS hardware and kiosks, including touch-screen terminals, card readers, receipt printers, and barcode scanners.
  • Data Cabling: Ensure reliable connectivity and functionality at every site by installing and maintaining data cabling.
  • Software Skills: Troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site using basic software knowledge.
  • Power Tools: Confidently operate tools like grinders, impact drivers, and SDS drills to get the job done efficiently and safely.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A background in retail or QSR is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Technical Experience: EPOS hardware and kiosks, Data Cabling (Cat5, Cat6), Fiber Cabling, Patch Paneling, Switches, Comms, Units, and Routers.
  • Certification: CSCS/ECS cardholder preferred.
  • Flexibility: Ready and willing to travel, work away from home, and tackle overnight shifts when necessary.
  • Problem-Solver: Quick thinking and adaptable, you will thrive under pressure and love a good challenge.
