About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our support team at Queenswood School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and maintain a clean and tidy environment throughout the school, adhering to operational standards and statutory regulations.
  • Ensure that standards are delivered in all areas of the school in a timely and efficient manner, as part of the wider team.
  • Identify and report damage, faults, and other related issues to the maintenance department or Head Teacher to ensure that we continue to meet quality standards and statutory regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience of daily cleaning schedules and ensuring appropriate paperwork is completed.
  • A good knowledge of health and safety legislation applicable to the role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible approach and ability to respond quickly to requests for assistance.
