Tutor/Assessor Leadership and Management Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Tutor/Assessor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering up to 12 hours of training per week to learners, as required. This will involve developing and implementing training and assessment strategies, ensuring they are accessible and meet the varied needs of all learners.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver training and assessments across a range of courses, ensuring schemes and records of work are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards.
- Teach, assess, and monitor learner progress, including setting targets, maintaining records of work, and achievement.
- Actively contribute to the course review process and development, implementing actions leading to continuous improvement.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of working and teaching within Leadership and Management. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 5 qualification or equivalent in Leadership and Management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and commercial knowledge, experience, and understanding of industry, including training needs.
