Tutor/Assessor Leadership and Management Professional

The Role:
- Full-time position (37 hours per week)
- Permanent
- Competitive salary

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver up to 12 hours per week of training to learners as required (pro rata for fractional staff)
- Develop and deliver training and assessments across a range of courses, ensuring schemes and records of work are aligned with syllabus content and awarding body standards
- Design and implement training and assessment strategies and materials that cater to the diverse needs of learners, incorporating cross-cutting themes such as ESDGC, Welsh Ethos, ES, and Employability
- Teach, assess, and monitor learner progress, including setting targets, maintaining records of work and achievement
- Contribute to the course review process and development, leading to continuous improvement
About You:
- Proven track record of working and teaching within Leadership and Management
- Level 5 qualification or equivalent in Leadership and Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial knowledge, experience, and understanding of industry, including training needs
