The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our Adoption Support Team as a Therapeutic Reviewing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing data and managing information to ensure our datasets are up to date and accurate. This will involve creating, tracking, and updating spreadsheets to monitor the timeliness of our service delivery and the delivery of therapeutic support packages. The role will also involve preparing insights on performance for senior managers and the Adoption Support Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and manage data to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  2. Create, track, and update spreadsheets to monitor service delivery and therapeutic support packages.
  3. Prepare insights on performance for senior managers and the Adoption Support Team.
  4. Support the team in coordinating therapeutic support packages, including maintaining accurate records, monitoring funding applications, scheduling review dates, and liaising with therapy providers as required.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT and communication skills, be a team player who can work in a busy environment, and have the ability to use their own initiative when required. The role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.

Travel Requirements:

The role may require travel to other locations within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, and therefore the ability to travel as necessary is required.
