Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the North West region. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for growing sales within your designated territory, building strong relationships with local customers, and developing business plans for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow sales within your designated territory through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement business plans for growth, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Manage your territory profit and loss (P&L) to ensure growth, right product, right place, right consumer.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in the drinks sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-driven and motivated, with a focus on achieving sales targets and growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
