Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide high-level support for teaching and learning at our brand-new autism provision at Ark Brunel Primary Academy. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the academic success and well-being of our students.

Salary Information
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from £28,998 to £34,452 (pro rata), with an actual salary of £27,714 - £32,927, commensurate with experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their skills and contribute to the growth and development of our school community.

About the Role
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who has experience working with pupils who have autism or special educational needs. You will work closely with our teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that allows our students to thrive. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us to develop strategies that meet the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support for teaching and learning in our autism provision
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
- Lead learning activities and groups at a whole-class level
- Support the development of individualized education plans for students

Requirements
- Experience working with pupils who have autism or special educational needs
- Good knowledge of autism-specific strategies
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
