We help people who have suffered losses caused by events such as fire, flood, accidental damage, and storm. Our team attends all new jobs allocated by dispatch and Team Managers to include all domestic and commercial perils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Company and quality procedures are adhered to (Simplicity, Health & Safety, Quality Procedures)
  • Carry out moisture surveys and drying techniques as required
  • Liaise with customers, loss adjusters, builders, insurance companies, policy holders, etc.
  • Ensure van is equipped, clean, and serviced according to manufacturer's guidelines
  • Ensure 'live time' inputting of reports in line with quality procedures
  • Maintain a visit log for monitoring of jobs and effective forward bookings
  • Organising and supervising subcontractors or additional technicians/agency labourers
  • Continue professional development through the Gateway to Success framework achieving a minimum standard of Proficient as detailed
