Interim Payroll Officer Opportunity

Robertson Bell is supporting a leading organisation in West London to recruit an Interim Payroll Officer on a three-month contract, with potential for extension. The role offers a flexible and hybrid working pattern, with the head office requiring attendance at least twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process the monthly payroll and reconcile payroll journals.
  • Manage new starters and leavers, including processing timesheets and chasing approvals.
  • Liaise with payroll providers and employees, resolving queries and creating P45s and P60s.
Requirements:
  • Experience with in-house payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
