Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care that aligns with our person-led support delivery model
  • Support clients in developing and maintaining relationships within their community
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Support Plans and other necessary information
  • Notify the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of any changes in client needs
  • Promote and maintain client safety and well-being

Requirements:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Satisfactory Criminal Records Checks
  • References
  • ID & Address check
  • Driver preferred
