Field Service Engineer - Toner Based Digital Printers

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at Taylor Higson, a global business specialising in imaging, information, and document solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers, enhancing their operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including job reports and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and product updates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the digital printing industry, ideally with experience of toner-based equipment.
  • HNC in Mechanics or Electrical Engineering, or experience based equivalent.
  • Strong technical and electro-mechanical fault-finding skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across the UK.
