The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Lifestyle Development Specialist to join our Retirement Living Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting active lifestyles, positive wellbeing, and social inclusion within our services.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality programs and activities that enhance the wellbeing of our customers. You will work closely with our customers to identify their interests and needs, and develop a range of activities that cater to their diverse requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a high-quality program of lifestyle activities to enhance the wellbeing of our customers
  • Work closely with customers to identify their interests and needs, and develop a range of activities that cater to their diverse requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless delivery of activities and events
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and activities, and make recommendations for improvement
