The Company:
Nigel Wright Group is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

The Role:
  • Process and reconcile timesheets for various sites, including shift and grade payments, and pay increases.
  • Manage employee share purchases and awards through payroll.
  • Collaborate with HR to process starters, leavers, changes, and regular reporting.
  • Reconcile monthly payrolls to raise employer tax liability payments.
  • Set up new starters and manage holiday entitlements.
  • Support HR with annual pay reviews and bonus calculations.
  • Resolve employee and external payroll queries.

The Person:
  • Essential experience in payroll is required.
  • Strong system skills, preferably with knowledge of payroll systems.
  • Comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement.
