Payroll Coordinator

Nigel Wright Group is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
The Role:
- Process and reconcile timesheets for various sites, including shift and grade payments, and pay increases.
- Manage employee share purchases and awards through payroll.
- Collaborate with HR to process starters, leavers, changes, and regular reporting.
- Reconcile monthly payrolls to raise employer tax liability payments.
- Set up new starters and manage holiday entitlements.
- Support HR with annual pay reviews and bonus calculations.
- Resolve employee and external payroll queries.
The Person:
- Essential experience in payroll is required.
- Strong system skills, preferably with knowledge of payroll systems.
- Comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement.
