About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at Shotover View and Isis Court in Oxford. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of care staff to deliver outstanding care to our clients, while encouraging them to always do their best.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of caring for vulnerable individuals, ideally with a Diploma/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent. You will have previous supervisory experience from the health and social care sector, including managing rotas and payroll, performance reviews, interviewing and inductions for new starters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the domiciliary care service, focused on giving our clients a real sense of security, dignity, and independence.
  • Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed through continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
  • Manage your time between supporting your team effectively and ensuring the wellbeing of our clients.
