About This Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Graduate Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team at NFU. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a vital role in supporting our communications efforts and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies that align with our organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide timely updates
  • Support the creation and execution of communication campaigns that drive engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £25,500 per annum
  • Additional benefits include a £1,000 Graduate Welcome Payment and £2,000 Relocation support
  • Flexible working arrangements, with a mix of office and home working
  • 35 hours per week, over a 2-year fixed-term contract commencing September 2025
