Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Walker Lovell in Hindlow, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities, optimizing resources, and tracking performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Optimize resources, parts, and manpower for smooth project execution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and long-term project planning.
  • Oversee the site's SAP PM system and become an expert in its use.
  • Track performance metrics, ensuring alignment with goals and budget.

Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance planning or scheduling (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Estimated Salary

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 + 6% bonus.
