About Us: CV Screen is a well-established managed services provider (MSP) in Barnet. We offer top-tier support and implementation services for a diverse range of clients.
Your Role: As an experienced IT Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional technical support and implementation services. You will be responsible for assisting with client projects, resolving network-related issues, and implementing and migrating Windows Servers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-rate technical support to clients
- Assist in the implementation and migration of Windows Servers
- Support Microsoft 365 and cloud environments including Azure and AWS
- Offer excellent customer service and occasional onsite support for client projects
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within a network consultancy or IT services environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft domain infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
