About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ISO Consultant/ISO Auditor to join our team at 2M Employment Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping businesses thrive through quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote consultancy for ISO Certification, guiding clients through the process and ensuring compliance with ISO Standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits to identify gaps and offer actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver internal audit training to empower clients to conduct effective internal audits and maintain ISO Certification.
  • Promote and cross-sell our range of services to clients, identifying opportunities to offer additional solutions that complement their ISO Certification.
  • Adapt to client needs, offering bespoke services that address specific challenges and help them achieve their strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Strong client liaison and negotiation abilities.
  • High computer literacy and proficiency with web-based platforms.
  • Ability to produce high-quality outputs in line with service standards.
