We are seeking a highly skilled Application Performance Monitoring Specialist to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As an Application Performance Monitoring Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide application support for business applications to agreed SLAs
  • Use the Service Desk application to track support tasks and investigations
  • Work with stakeholders in IT Service Management, key business areas, and other areas of IT to report and resolve issues and incidents
  • Provide out-of-hours and on-call support on a rota basis
  • Support the transitioning of projects into BAU application support, documenting processes and knowledge sharing as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines and to a high quality
  • Experience of software development principles
  • Experience of working with and troubleshooting applications written in SQL,.Net, MQ, Open Edge/Progress, and Java
  • Previous experience of working in the financial services sector
  • ITIL certification
