About the Role:

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our children's residential service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager in the overall management of the service, including staff supervision and development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Ensure the smooth running of the service, including administrative tasks and record-keeping
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support

What We Offer:

Competitive salary up to £43,908.80 per annum, based on an average of 40 hours per week
