Mentorship Role for Autism and ADHD Support

We are seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor to work on a 1:1 basis with a learner in a school based in Waltham Forest. The successful candidate will assist with the provision of support for an individual student with social, emotional and/or behaviour difficulties, helping them overcome barriers to learning.
The Role- Develop a 1:1 mentoring relationship with an identified pupil.
- Work alongside teachers and SLT to promote the effective use of behaviour management strategies.
In return, you can expect a competitive pay rate of up to £95 per day via PAYE (weekly pay).
About You- Previous experience working with children who have additional learning needs in a school setting.
- Degree educated, with a minimum of a 2:1.
- Strong communication skills and patience.
