Key Responsibilities:

Develop project timelines, manage resources, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Handle quoting processes, including both quote preparation and follow-ups with stakeholders.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all translated materials adhere to industry-specific terminology, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Implement quality control processes and review translated content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with in-house linguists, external translators, and localization specialists. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project execution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant pharmaceutical regulations and standards, including FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines. Stay updated on industry changes and incorporate them into project management practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project to ensure successful delivery.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project reports, including status updates, budget tracking, and performance metrics. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and compliance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Translation, Languages, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical translation and localization industry, with experience working with Pharma/Life Science clients. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.

Familiarity with Jira is a bonus but can also be taught.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Personal Attributes:
