Clinisys has built a reputation for delivering complex diagnostic networks and academic centers at scale. We're now seeking a Revenue and Credit Controller to join our team in Woking, UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage debtor collections from your own ledger
  • Telephonel; chase debts, update sales records, and resolve customer queries with Project and Sales teams
  • Perform weekly problem debtors review

Maintenance Renewals:
  • Oversee Customer Subscriptions, prepare yearly quotes, process changes, and chase Purchase Orders

Sales Invoicing:
  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance invoicing, project invoicing, and large contract billing

Account Payable:
  • Manage Ledger, deal with queries, manage Payment Runs, review Open Purchase orders, and assist with quarterly VAT returns

Requirements:
  • Previous credit control experience
  • Knowledge of Subscription Management is preferred
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Accurate, disciplined, and organized

Salary Estimate: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
