Job Overview


Talent Smart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Analyst to join our team in Surrey, UK. This role will involve working closely with the accounting and project management teams to ensure reconciliation and routing of charges relating to global cyber security programs.



About the Role


The primary purpose of this position is to provide financial support and analysis to help drive business growth and success. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines.



Key Responsibilities



  • Reconciliation and routing of charges relating to global cyber security programs;
  • Financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making;
  • Collaboration with accounting and project management teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel and other financial software tools;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be happy to work in Surrey 1 or 2 days a week.


What We Offer


Talent Smart offers a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
